I just got hired at The Habit Burger Grill 2 weeks ago. The coworkers there were chill, the managers were ok? But they gave me less information about the job. My first week they gave me 3 days of work, the second week also 3 days, but this week they are giving me 2 days working there, which is odd and (ridiculous) because in my application I ask for 2 days off and 5 days working there. My experience at the habit was a bit complex than my previous job at Burger King. I don’t know why they cut my hours off, is it a part of training? my lack of performance? (I mean I just started there, don’t expect me to learn that fast that soon) Should I find another workplace? If I should then I want to apply a retail job and no I don’t have any retail experience but can I still apply a retail job without retail experience?
